All consulting recommendations, technical guidance, and service deliverables are provided based on information supplied by the client. The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving all implementations, configurations, and operational decisions.


3. Payments & WooCommerce Transactions

This website uses WooCommerce to process online payments and service purchases. By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All billing information submitted is accurate and complete
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, or merchant banking processors.

We do not directly store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled through PCI-compliant third-party processors.

Ubiquitous Networks reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders or service purchases at its sole discretion, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or abuse of services.


4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, hosting, licensing, cybersecurity work, and custom development, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds for recurring services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees, custom development, consulting hours, domain registrations, licensing fees, third-party software costs, and emergency support services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, designs, logos, source code, layouts, service descriptions, downloads, and proprietary systems, are the intellectual property of Ubiquitous Networks unless otherwise stated.

Clients acknowledge that cybersecurity involves evolving risks including but not limited to:

  • Zero-day vulnerabilities
  • Phishing attacks
  • Malware
  • Ransomware
  • Insider threats
  • Third-party service failures

We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access, cyberattacks, data breaches, internet outages, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.


7. Hosting & Uptime

Hosting and infrastructure services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, upstream provider outages, internet disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may impact availability.

Clients are responsible for maintaining independent backups unless a managed backup agreement exists in writing.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ubiquitous Networks shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Security incidents
  • Service downtime
  • Third-party software failures
  • Unauthorized access to systems

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding 30 days.

This website may integrate or reference third-party services, plugins, APIs, software platforms, payment gateways, analytics providers, hosting systems, or external websites.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.
